The crew faced challenges while attempting to repair a faulty valve, necessitating external assistance. Around 3 p.m. that afternoon, the lifeboats were dispatched to aid the ailing trawler. Fortunately, calm weather conditions facilitated the towage process. By midnight on February 11, the 'Stamsund' was safely docked back in its home port of Stamsund, carrying approximately 30 tons of fish.
