On February 2, 2025, at 12:20 PM UTC, the fishing vessel 'Sulebas' encountered difficulties while navigating southwest of Fosnavåg (Latitude: 62.2919, Longitude: 5.4482) due to an obstruction lodged in its propeller, causing noticeable vibrations. In response to a distress call, the Norwegian Society for Sea Rescue (NSSR) dispatched the lifeboat 'Idar Ulstein' to assist. The crew of the 'Idar Ulstein' expertly secured the disabled vessel and commenced towing operations. By 2:40 PM, the 'Sulebas' was safely docked at Eggesbønes, ensuring the safety of the crew and vessel.
