They are equipped with state-of-the-art 2.8-meter controllable pitch propellers (CPP) and specialized render recovery winches, enhancing Svitzer's capabilities in towage operations.

Constructed at Damen’s cutting-edge Song Cam Shipyard in Vietnam, these 32-meter tugs are equipped for diverse operations such as push-pull, escorting, towing, and fire-fighting. With a beam of 12.2 meters and a cruising speed of 14 knots, SVITZER DEBEN is powered by two robust Caterpillar 3516C HD TA/D engines, generating a combined power output of 5,050 bkW at 1,800 rpm. This powerful addition is set to strengthen Svitzer's operational capabilities in the region, ensuring enhanced safety and efficiency in towage services.
