Upon arrival, the injured sailor was handed over to an ambulance team with the vital support of the Bembridge Coastguard Rescue Team. After swiftly resolving the engine issue, the dedicated crew relaunched the lifeboat at 7 PM. The mission continued as they successfully transported the injured sailor to Southampton Docks, ensuring his swift transfer to Southampton General Hospital for further medical attention. Additionally, two paramedics who had accompanied the casualty were later returned to the Isle of Wight at Trinity Landing, Cowes.
