In a maritime incident on December 17 at 6:30 a.m., the bulk carrier 'Wadi Alyarmouk', en route from Safaga to Rouen, unexpectedly ran aground on the right bank of the Seine River in Mesnil-sous-Jumièges, near Rouen. The incident occurred following a blackout onboard the vessel. Fortunately, rescue efforts were quickly mobilized, with two tugs from TSM successfully refloating the ship shortly after it ran aground.
