Investigation and Detention of the Deliver: A Closer Look at France's Battle Against the Russian Shadow Fleet

Deliver, a tanker recently intercepted by the French Navy, remains at the center of a high-stakes investigation into potential maritime law violations linked to its suspected affiliation with the Russian Shadow Fleet.
