In a shocking turn of events, Cargo Handling Company (CHC) faced another significant setback last week when a massive backhoe digger fell onto the deck of a cargo vessel at the port in Mauritius. This incident further compounds CHC's troubles, particularly in light of recent reports highlighting cargo thefts occurring in close proximity to its headquarters at Port Louis harbour.
