In a significant drug enforcement operation, authorities seized an impressive 216 kilograms of cocaine following the arrival of the cargo ship 'Adrienne' at the Port of Ancona on September 30, 2020. The vessel, which had previously docked in Vila do Conde and made a stop in Motril, underwent an extensive search conducted by a specialized anti-drug police unit accompanied by trained detection dogs.
