Stena Bulk is on a trajectory to expand its pool to approximately 30 Suezmax tankers, with aspirations of collaborating with partners and increasing chartered tonnage. US Coast Guard Performs Medivac of Almi Voyager's Captain 356 Miles Off Cape May

On March 5, 2016, a dramatic rescue unfolded 356 miles east of Cape May when the U.S. Coast Guard intervened to medevac the captain of the cargo ship "Almi Voyager" after he sustained a serious leg injury. The incident began at 12:30 p.m. when watchstanders from the Fifth District were alerted to the captain's condition. In response, an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Air Station Atlantic City took flight at 9:30 a.m., expertly navigating to the incident site. The crew successfully reached the "Almi Voyager" at 10 a.m., located 47 miles east of Cape May, where they hoisted the injured captain aboard at 10:30 a.m. He was swiftly transported to the Atlantic City Trauma Center, arriving by 11:10 a.m., where he was reported to be in stable condition following the medical emergency.
