On March 14, 2019, the cargo ship 'Amadeus' experienced a significant engine failure while navigating the North Sea en route from Tyne to Bilbao, carrying a substantial load of 1,600 metric tonnes of pig iron. The distress occurred at coordinates 054 15 40.2 N, 000 17 04.2 E at approximately 2:30 p.m. In response to the emergency, the vessel dropped its anchor and called for assistance. The tugboat 'Sea Bronco' (IMO: 9345491) was dispatched from Falmouth to provide necessary support. Successfully assisting the 'Amadeus', the 'Sea Bronco' towed the stricken cargo ship to an anchor point off Hornsea. Following the resolution of the engine trouble, the 'Amadeus' managed to reach Dordrecht in the early hours of March 19, just past midnight.

On the morning of February 15, 2012, the cargo ship 'Amadeus' found itself immobilized in pack ice while navigating near Løgstør. To rescue the vessel from its icy predicament, the tugboat 'Zenith' was called into action. With the tug's assistance, 'Amadeus' was successfully guided into the safety of the Limfjord.
