On December 20, 2018, at 12:30 AM, a maritime incident occurred at Roberts Bank, located at Westshore Terminal in British Columbia. The bulk carrier 'Amphitrite' was departing berth 2 when it collided with the assisting tugboat 'Seaspan Osprey', which has a gross tonnage of 441 GT. The incident took place at coordinates 49° 00' 52.0" N and 123° 09' 21.1" W. Fortunately, both vessels sustained only minor damages as a result of the collision. Following the incident, the Amphitrite departed from Vancouver on December 21 at 12:30 AM, setting its course for Fangcheng with an estimated arrival date of January 18, 2019.
