On January 17, 2013, at 10 a.m., the vessel 'Autostar' reported a drifting six-meter tank to the CROSS Corsen, located near the Armen lighthouse at Pointe du Raz. In response to the alert, an NH90 helicopter, stationed at Lanvéoc, was dispatched to reposition the drifting tank at noon. Meanwhile, the tug 'Abeille Bourbon' embarked on a mission in the morning and successfully retrieved the tank at 3 p.m., south of Ushant Island. The tank, deemed a significant navigation hazard, was then transported to a naval base for secure holding.

On November 1, 2012, at 1:30 p.m., the vessel 'Autostar' raised an alarm with CROSS-Corsen after a crew member experienced severe chest pain. At the time of the emergency, the ship was approximately 50 miles off the coast of Brest, near Ouessant. In response, CROSS Corsen promptly coordinated a conference call with the crew and the maritime medical consultation center (CCMM) located in Toulouse to assess the situation. Following this discussion, a medical evacuation for the sailor was deemed necessary. A Navy helicopter dispatched from the Lanvéoc base, equipped with a medical team from the armed forces health service, was deployed for the rescue operation. Tragically, upon the medical officer's arrival on board, the crew member was found deceased. Following the unfortunate event, the 'Autostar' navigated towards Brest to safely bring ashore the deceased sailor.
