The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia, widely known as Bahri, has proudly announced the arrival of its latest vessel, the 'Bahri Hofuf,' delivered by Hyundai Mipo Shipyard in South Korea. According to a press release from Bahri, this newly launched general cargo ship boasts a deadweight tonnage of 26,000 dwt and marks the second delivery from a total of six ships ordered in 2011, with an impressive contract value of SAR 1,543 million. Currently, four additional general cargo vessels remain under construction at Hyundai Mipo, with anticipated delivery dates set for 2013 and the first half of 2014, further strengthening Bahri's fleet and enhancing its operational capabilities in the maritime sector.
