On October 21, 2023, the vessels 'Jolanda' and 'Briza' set sail from the ports of Great Odesa, traversing the temporary Black Sea corridor. Meanwhile, ships such as 'Eleen Neptune', 'Rio', 'Doro', and 'True Harmony' docked at the ports to load cargo. All vessels successfully navigated the most perilous stretch of the coastline in the Odesa Region before reaching either the territorial waters of Romania or returning to Great Odesa's ports. Since September 16, 2023, a remarkable total of 42 ships have entered the Great Odesa ports via the Ukrainian grain corridor, transporting a combined deadweight of approximately 1.7 million tons. In the same timeframe, at least 23 vessels have departed Odesa, carrying a deadweight of around 0.85 million tons.

On the morning of October 17, 2023, three vessels – the 'Bull', 'Ramus', and 'Bahar K' – embarked from ports in the Odesa Region, navigating the newly established temporary Black Sea corridor. The 'Bull', which had arrived for loading on October 12, was later joined by the 'Ramus' and 'Bahar K', both of which entered the corridor on October 13. Additionally, the 'Briza' set sail towards one of the Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea on the same day. According to data from the Center for Transport Strategies, a total of 33 vessels, including the 'Briza', have successfully traveled through the newly announced route to access Odesa Region ports. Out of these, 24 vessels have successfully exited, which includes five that had been docked since the onset of the Russian invasion in February 2022. Overall, 57 ships have navigated the corridor in both directions.
