Ignazio Messina Line is set to enhance its South Africa service with the introduction of its latest Ro-Ro vessel, the JOLLY QUARZO. This impressive ship, weighing in at 50,720 gross tons and constructed in 2013, is scheduled to make its maiden voyage to Durban at the end of May. With the arrival of the JOLLY QUARZO, Ignazio Messina Line will have successfully introduced four new ships of this class to its South Africa operations. Previously, the company celebrated the inaugural calls of Jolly Diamante, Jolly Cristallo, and Jolly Perla, each representing significant milestones as the largest Ro-Ro ships in the fleet. The JOLLY QUARZO is expected to dock in Durban on May 28 and commence its voyage on May 31, marking another exciting chapter for the Italian shipping line in the region.
