X-Press Container Line (XCL), a key player in the X-Press Feeders Group and affiliated with the Singapore-based Sea Consortium, is making its debut in the Latin American market. This expansion comes with the announcement of two new feeder services, as reported by Alphaliner, a maritime consultancy based in Paris. The first service introduced is the Panama-Central America X-Press service (PCX - 62870), which operates with the 509-TEU vessel Caribe Legend. Additionally, XCL is set to launch a second service, the Panama-Venezuela X-Press (PVX-CAS - 62607), in collaboration with Evergreen Line under terms that have not been disclosed. The PCX service will provide weekly connections from the Panamanian hub of Manzanillo to strategic ports such as Puerto Cortes and Santo Tomas de Castilla. Meanwhile, the CAS-PVX service aims to link Manzanillo and Colon-Coco Solo to key destinations including Curacao, La Guaira, and Puerto Cabello.
