The second incident occurred during nighttime on April 21, when the cutter received reports from the fishing vessel 'Willow' about another migrant venture south of Marathon, Florida. Upon being brought aboard the cutters, all migrants were provided with essential support, including food, water, shelter, and basic medical care, ensuring their immediate needs were met.
