The assault also impacted the adjacent Grushova oil depot, igniting a fire at the Sheskharis terminal. In a concerted effort to diminish Russia's oil and gas revenue—critical funding for the Kremlin's military activities—Ukraine has notably intensified its military strikes aimed at Russian oil refining and transportation hubs.
