In a significant milestone for maritime logistics, GT USA proudly welcomed the M.V. Seatrade Red to the Canaveral Cargo Terminal (CCT) during its inaugural visit to the United States. This impressive 607-foot reefer container vessel, capable of handling 2,259 TEUs and equipped with 674 reefer plugs, was constructed at the Yangfan Shipyard in China and officially launched in May 2016. The M.V. Seatrade Red is one of four new Colour Class vessels under the Seatrade Group, designed for optimal refrigerated cargo transport. On November 20, a ceremonial presentation took place, where Joe Cruise, commercial manager of GT USA, along with Alberto Cabrera, senior director of Cargo Sales at Canaveral Port Authority, honored the ship's captain, S. Poryadin, with commemorative plaques. Captain Poryadin expressed gratitude for the warm reception and the opportunity for collaboration at Port Canaveral, marking a promising start for future business endeavors.
