Zodiac Maritime has officially welcomed its first 6,612 TEU vessel, CAP ARNAUTI, marking a significant milestone for the London-based non-operating owner. This latest addition was part of an order placed back in April 2011, manufactured at Hanjin Heavy Industries Subic Bay in the Philippines. Having completed her construction, CAP ARNAUTI has set sail from the Philippine yard and is set to join her charterer, Hamburg Süd. The vessel is scheduled to become part of the multi-operator Far East to East Coast South America (ECSA) service, identified as service #2807. This service is a collaboration between Hamburg Süd and its partners, including CMA CGM, Hanjin, CSCL, and CSAV, and was launched in early June as part of a broader strategy to enhance the Asia to South America trade route.
