In a strategic move to enhance its operations, Anthony Veder has successfully acquired a total of four gas tankers from L.G.R. di Navigazione, significantly modernizing its fleet. Among the acquired vessels are the 4,000 cubic meter semi pressurized/fully refrigerated gas carriers, Castel Dell’ Ovo (built in 2007) and Castello Di Gradara (2009), which have been under the commercial management of Anthony Veder since early 2015. These two vessels are set to be renamed Coral Medusa and Coral Monactis, with delivery expected in the upcoming months. Additionally, the acquisition includes two 8,000 cubic meter ethylene carriers: Castel Nuovo (2009) and Castel Sant’ Elmo (2009). These vessels are anticipated to leave the Lauritzen Kosan Pool and join Anthony Veder shortly thereafter, receiving new names Coral Pearl and Coral Patula. This strategic acquisition not only reinforces Anthony Veder's commitment to maintaining an updated and efficient fleet but also positions the company for future growth in the maritime gas transport sector.
