A sizable floating steel segment, suspected to be part of a floating dock, has become a navigational hazard for vessels near Bermuda after breaking free from the tug 'De Zhou'. This incident occurred while the De Zhou was on its route from the United States to the Canary Islands. Maritime authorities have issued warnings for nearby ships to remain vigilant as they navigate through the area. Although the specific origins of the floating sections remain unverified, they are thought to come from a floating dock that was previously owned by the Avondale Shipyard.
