Evergreen Line, a subsidiary of Taiwan's Evergreen Marine Corporation, celebrated the christening of its latest containership, the 'Ever Logic', on April 19. This vessel, with a capacity of 8,452 TEU, becomes the 10th addition to the L-type series, constructed by Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) in South Korea. The 'Ever Logic' is set to enhance Evergreen Line’s operations on its Far East – Europe routes, with plans to enter service by the end of April 2013. This launch reinforces Evergreen's commitment to expanding its fleet with state-of-the-art vessels.
