Container Ship FEIYUNHE Strikes Pier at Taichung Port, Taiwan

In a maritime incident that occurred on the evening of October 23, the container vessel FEIYUNHE made contact with the construction area of Pier No. 10 at Taichung Port, Taiwan. The allision resulted in minor damages to the ship's forecastle, including noticeable dents and some damage to the railings. Fortunately, a thorough inspection revealed no serious issues, allowing the vessel to resume its operations. After being cleared by authorities, the FEIYUNHE departed Taichung on the morning of October 25, setting a course for Keelung, Taiwan.
