On November 25, 2010, a minor fire incident occurred aboard the ferry 'Finnlady' while docked at the quay in Vuosaari, Helsinki. The flames ignited in the women's sauna when banks caught fire during the heating process. Fortunately, the well-trained crew responded promptly, and the efficient reporting system ensured that the small blaze was quickly contained. Damage from the incident was minimal and has since been repaired. The 'Finnlady' continued her operations without delay, departing later that evening for her scheduled journey to Luebeck-Travemuende.
