In a recent maritime incident at Bartin Port, the bulk carrier 'North Moon' (IMO: 8829294) experienced engine failure while attempting to dock, resulting in an allision with the anchored vessel 'Gold Lucky'. Fortunately, the collision, which impacted the starboard side of the 'Gold Lucky' above the waterline, did not cause any casualties or injuries. The 'North Moon', however, sustained damage to its bow. In response to the incident, the Bartın Port Authority has initiated an investigation to determine the causes and implications of the accident. Currently, assessments are underway to evaluate the extent of the damage incurred.
