At precisely 9:17 p.m., the crew, consisting of a cook, chief engineer, and deckhand, sprang into action after hearing the distressing cries for help. They were alerted to the situation when they noticed someone in the water just moments earlier, at 9:05 p.m., on surveillance footage revealing that she had been submerged in 12-degree Celsius waters for approximately 12 minutes. Quick to respond, the cook and chief engineer descended into the water, employing nearby fenders to aid in the rescue, while the deckhand promptly contacted emergency services.
