On September 24, 2015, a serious incident occurred aboard the cargo ship 'Happy Dynamic.' The 3rd officer sustained a significant injury, resulting in the loss of a finger, while the vessel was navigating approximately 300 miles off the coast of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, at coordinates 53° 45'N, 167° 36'E. In response to the emergency, the ship altered its course to head towards Petropavlovsk. Early in the morning on September 25, at 5:20 a.m., the injured officer was safely transferred to medical facilities in Petropavlovsk. After ensuring the officer received necessary medical attention, the 'Happy Dynamic' continued its journey from Changshu to the Sabetta LNG construction site located in the Kara Sea.
