In a landmark event for Port Canaveral, GT USA proudly welcomed the M.V. Happy Dynamic from the BigLift Shipping fleet, marking its inaugural heavy lift service at the Canaveral Cargo Terminal. The vessel, which transported heavy lift cargo all the way from China, represents a significant advancement in the port's capabilities. The Happy Dynamic is one of five Happy D-type ships in BigLift Shipping's lineup, boasting two NMF cranes with a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 400 metric tons and an additional NMF crane with a SWL of 120 metric tons. In a remarkable operation earlier this month, BigLift Shipping's Happy Dynamic accomplished the successful transportation of two impressive 560 mt Siwertell Continuous Ship Unloaders (CSUs) from Chioggia, Italy, to Liverpool, UK. Each CSU stands an impressive 35 meters tall and spans 24 meters in width, boasting a remarkable discharge capability of 1,200 tons per hour when operational. Notably, both units were loaded aboard the vessel completely assembled, ensuring they are ready for immediate service upon arrival in Liverpool.

On September 24, 2015, a serious incident occurred aboard the cargo ship 'Happy Dynamic.' The 3rd officer sustained a significant injury, resulting in the loss of a finger, while the vessel was navigating approximately 300 miles off the coast of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, at coordinates 53° 45'N, 167° 36'E.
