Furthermore, Ullman provided insights on Concordia Maritime’s projections for the upcoming quarter: "As anticipated, we are beginning to observe a seasonal slowdown in the latter half of the third quarter. However, this slowdown is occurring from elevated levels, and we do not foresee a decline as deep or sustained as experienced in previous years. Thus, our fundamental market outlook for the fourth quarter remains optimistic."
