The malfunction occurred near buoys No. 29-30 in the Kerch-Enikal canal, prompting the ship to anchor in the vicinity of buoys No. 25-26. In response to the incident, the AI Taikun agency dispatched two tugboats to assist. By 10 p.m., the tug 'Gandvik,' operated by JuvasTrans, along with 'Eltigen,' successfully fastened a tow line to 'Eren C' and began the journey to anchorage area No. 471 near Kerch for necessary repairs. The vessel remained stationary on March 29 at coordinates N 45Β° 10.20' E 036Β° 31.33'. Ultimately, 'Eren C' made harbor at Diliskelesi on April 3.
