On January 19, 2015, the cargo ship 'Horst B' encountered engine troubles approximately 25 nautical miles WSW of Reykjanes, located at the southwestern tip of Iceland, while making its way from Rotterdam to Reykjavik. Fortunately, 'Horst B' was able to safely reach Reykjavik by 1 a.m. on January 20, assisted by the Iceland Coastguard's patrol boat 'Thor'.
