On the evening of December 28, 2020, the Port Authority of Lavrio received an urgent communication from the Greek Joint Rescue Coordination Center (JRCC) regarding a medical emergency involving a 62-year-old crew member aboard the bulk carrier 'Mehmet Kahveci A'.
