On the evening of June 29, 2015, the cargo vessel 'MSC Shirley,' en route from Freeport, Bahamas, to Montreal, encountered an electrical blackout while nearing the Cageux dock on the St. Lawrence River. The incident prompted the crew to take immediate action, successfully executing an emergency anchoring procedure. To aid in the situation, two tugs from the Ocean Group were dispatched to provide assistance.
