On December 20, 2018, the container ship MSC Sveva encountered a mechanical issue involving its lube oil while navigating from Coryton to Le Havre. The incident took place as the vessel was poised to exit the London Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) area. At approximately 11:30 PM, the ship anchored at the coordinates 51° 38' 10" N and 001° 22' 15" E to conduct necessary repair work. Following the crew's swift maintenance efforts, the MSC Sveva successfully resumed its journey, arriving at Terminal Porte Océane in Le Havre on December 21 at 5:45 PM.
