CMA CGM Launches Weekly Services to Bronka Port

CMA CGM is set to enhance its shipping operations with the introduction of regular service calls at the Multipurpose Sea Cargo Complex 'Bronka' in Big Port St. Petersburg, starting from January 31, 2016, according to announcements from Fenix LLC, the port's investor. The container vessel Voronezh, operating on the Rotterdam-Hamburg-Saint-Petersburg-Rotterdam route, successfully delivered consumer goods from China while transporting plywood to Rotterdam. The next scheduled arrival at the port is on February 5, with the container carrier Vladimir poised to bring additional cargoes. This initiative marks the beginning of a long-term agreement for the handling and storage of containerized cargo signed between Fenix LLC and CMA CGM in late 2015. With these developments, CMA CGM's fleet will call at Bronka on a weekly basis, significantly boosting trade accessibility in the region.
