On April 4 at 4 p.m., the 'Stadt Dresden' successfully departed from Yalova after completing essential permanent repairs, which included successful life raft performance tests. The vessel positioned itself at anchor in the coordinates 37° 30.58' N 023° 52.95' E awaiting further instructions on April 7. Meanwhile, the 'İbrahim Şimşek' was moved from Tuzla anchorage to a specialized shipyard on March 25 to undergo its own set of permanent repairs conducted by experienced technical teams. These repairs were finalized on April 30, following extensive sea trials that yielded satisfactory results in the presence of a class surveyor and the owner's superintendent. Subsequently, the vessel received clearance to depart and set sail from the Tuzla shipyard, heading towards Aliaga.

Following this discharge, the ship made its way back to Yalova, arriving at a shipyard on March 20 at 6:15 PM to begin crucial permanent repairs. A thorough damage assessment was conducted by a Class Surveyor to determine the necessary remedial actions. In response, technical teams from the Besiktas shipyard have initiated permanent repairs based on the surveyor's recommendations. Meanwhile, the 'Ibrahim Simsek' has been relocated to the Tuzla shipyard anchorage. As of March 22, the vessel, originally destined for Aliaga, has remained stationary at the Tuzla shipyard anchorage, where a detailed damage evaluation was also carried out by the Class Surveyor alongside the owner's superintendent.
