Maritime Incident: Kobarid and Alicia 8 Entangle Anchor Chains in Yokohama

In a maritime incident at the Y1 anchorage in Yokohama on February 9, 2020, the vessel 'Kobarid' arrived from Kobe and encountered an allision with the 'Alicia 8' (IMO: 9403798), which had sailed from Kisarazu. The two ships became entangled by their anchor chains at approximately 5:30 a.m. After successfully untangling their anchors, both vessels proceeded to berth in the port. The 'Kobarid' resumed its voyage on February 11 at 2:30 a.m., setting a course for Keelung with an estimated time of arrival on February 15.
