Engine Room Blaze Affects Tugboat 'Fairmount Fuji' in Walvis Bay
The tugboat 'Fairmount Fuji' experienced significant fire damage to its engine room shortly after leaving Pointe Noire on December 8, 2012. After battling the unfortunate incident, the vessel arrived safely at Walvis Bay on December 19, 2012. Currently, 'Fairmount Fuji' is docked at Namdock, where it is undergoing necessary repairs to restore it to operational status.
