(PDVSA), fully loaded with significant volumes of fuel oil destined for Singapore. According to reports from Reuters, the tankers New Dream and Britanis are transporting 270,000 tonnes of fuel oil each, with New Dream chartered by PetroChina Company Limited and Britanis by Trafigura Beheer BV.
