Additionally, they have been offered complimentary outings off the ship, which included opportunities to shower at a nearby hotel. As part of ongoing oversight, inspectors from the International Transport Workers Federation plan to board the tanker again on January 31 to assess the current conditions on board and ensure that the crew's welfare is being adequately addressed.
