OOCL has proudly unveiled its latest addition to the fleet, the OOCL Korea, at a ceremonial event on Geoje Island, South Korea. This state-of-the-art 13,208 TEU containership is set to enhance the company's service offerings within the Asia-Europe trade. The OOCL Korea will be a vital player in the Loop 6 service, featuring an extensive port rotation that includes stops at Kaohsiung, Xiamen, Shekou, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Colombo. After traversing the Suez Canal, it will make its way to prominent European ports such as Southampton, Antwerp, Hamburg, and Rotterdam, before returning through the Suez Canal to Jebel Ali, Singapore, Shekou, and back to Kaohsiung, completing a comprehensive 77-day round trip. With the addition of this modern vessel, OOCL aims to deliver high-quality and competitive shipping solutions to meet the evolving needs of the global market.
