The incident occurred while the ship was navigating near Cape Malea, on its voyage from Lavrio to Naples. The ship's master reported that the passenger sustained injuries during the journey, as recorded in the ship's bridge log. Following the ship's arrival, emergency services transported the injured individual to the Health Center of Gythio, where further medical evaluation was conducted at the General Hospital of Sparta. The Port Authority has initiated a preliminary investigation into the incident.
