Ferry Incident at Aker Brygge, Oslo: 'Prinsen' Allides with Dock

Early on the morning of November 23, 2018, a marine incident occurred in Oslo involving the ferry 'Prinsen'. At approximately 8:30 a.m., the vessel, during its mooring operations, allided with a dock at Aker Brygge. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries as the ferry made contact with the docking structure. Following the incident, the 'Prinsen' was temporarily sidelined to assess the extent of the damage incurred. Ferry services to Nesodden resumed at 10:40 a.m., minimizing disruptions to commuter traffic.
