The ferry is now en route to Misrata, carrying a significant cargo of 5,107 vehicles, which includes 3,500 brand new cars and 1,500 pre-owned vehicles. Previously held captive by Libyan militants, the ship was detained by the Libyan Navy on February 18 at 5 p.m., approximately 1,400 kilometers east of Misrata, due to navigational violations in restricted waters.
