On October 27, 2023, the cargo ship 'Rodion Oslyabya' faced detention in Tekirdag due to 17 identified deficiencies, eight of which were deemed severe enough to warrant immediate action. The deficiencies included critical issues such as an invalid Cargo Ship Safety Equipment certificate and multiple failures in navigation safety systems.
