Neptune Shipyards, based in the Netherlands, has proudly introduced the Roxane Z, the inaugural vessel of its Eurocarrier 3413 series equipped with DP2 dynamic positioning. This impressive 34-meter vessel is now part of Jifmar Offshore Services' fleet. Designed to meet Bureau Veritas standards, the Roxane Z boasts a remarkable top speed exceeding 10 knots and a substantial bollard pull capacity of 38.6 tonnes. Powering this state-of-the-art vessel are two Caterpillar 3512C main engines, complemented by ZF shallow draft thrusters, each capable of delivering 1140 kW. Enhanced maneuverability is ensured with two ZF well mounted thrusters powered by two 330 kW electric motors for forward propulsion. The onboard electrical supply is managed by two Caterpillar C18 generator sets and one Caterpillar C6.6 generator set, allowing for versatile operational configurations to meet various power demands.
