On March 13, 2015, the cargo ship 'Etim Emin' encountered trouble as it ran aground in the Volga–Caspian Sea Canal while navigating towards Iran. The vessel was transporting a substantial cargo of 1,990 tons of grain at the time of the incident. Fortunately, with the assistance of a tugboat, the 'Etim Emin' was successfully refloated and subsequently transported to the port of Olya for thorough inspections and assessments.
