Seaspan Corporation has expanded its fleet by adding a new 10,000-TEU containership, the Hanjin Tabul, delivered by Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding Co. This latest vessel showcases Seaspan's innovative and fuel-efficient SAVER design, marking it as the third of five 10,000-TEU SAVER class ships scheduled for delivery this year, according to reports from Marketwatch. The Hanjin Tabul is set to enter a 10-year, fixed-rate time charter agreement with Hanjin Shipping. This delivery not only strengthens Seaspan's partnership with Hanjin but also increases the company's operating fleet to a total of 74 vessels.
