Sky-Light Ship Details and Seafarer Feedback

On September 19, 2024, at approximately 10:55 a.m., the cargo vessel 'Sky Light' experienced a loss of control while navigating into Constanta's busy port and ended up colliding with two vessels stationed at berth 52. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries or environmental pollution; however, the incident resulted in significant damage to the affected ships. One was struck at the stern while the other suffered damage on its port side. In response to the incident, the Constanța Port Authority has launched an investigation to uncover the causes and circumstances leading to this maritime mishap.
