The Taagborg: Crew Feedback and Vessel Data

The m.v. Taagborg has achieved a significant milestone in maritime operations by becoming the inaugural Wagenborg ship, and notably one of the first Dutch-flagged vessels globally, to be awarded the Polar Ship Certificate. This prestigious certification was conferred by Lloyd’s Register on June 28, 2023, at the Eemshaven port, highlighting the vessel's adherence to the stringent requirements set forth by the IMO Polar Code. Since its introduction for ships navigating polar waters in January 2018, the Polar Ship Certificate has become a crucial requirement. Currently, m.v. Taagborg is en route to Deception Bay in Canada, marking another chapter in its voyage through challenging waters.
